Sr. Business Solutions Manager at Ultimate Staffing
A leading construction company is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This position is 100% remote with minimal travel to the corporate office in Houston, TX. Hours are 7a-4p CST, Monday - Friday. Excellent benefits, competitive compensation, room for growth with a great work culture that has longstanding tenure with its current employees. Starting compensation $65,000 - $70,000 depending on experience.
Qualifications
1-2 years of inside sales experience
Open to strong experience in lieu of degree
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned accounts, ensuring consistent service delivery and client satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams and sales to align projects with client-specific standards and expectations.
Develop and maintain SOPs, manage reporting accuracy, and ensure timely billing and invoicing.
Monitor account health, resolve service issues promptly, and provide regular updates to management.
Track performance metrics and collaborate on process improvements to drive customer retention and quality outcomes.
