What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Attend and network at major public safety events to connect with regional leaders
Develop and maintain relationships with Public Safety Agencies in the assigned region
Provide thought leadership to assist customers in user adoption of critical communication technologies
Collaborate with Sales to identify new opportunities for customer investments
Assist in training and development of new hires and current employees on the ecosystem narrative
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Executive/Command Level Law Enforcement Professional
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
Familiarity with public safety technologies and software solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in strategic account management
Background in public safety or emergency response operations
Familiarity with Command Center Software and Video Security systems
Ability to present and facilitate discussions effectively
Knowledge of current trends in public safety technology
