What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage and grow a services portfolio across the U.S. utility sector
Expand the opportunity pipeline and maintain visibility of short-, mid-, and long-term prospects
Shape account and sector strategies using customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights
Negotiate and finalize service agreements and contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations
Provide market, competitor, and industry studies to inform commercial priorities and strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; MBA preferred
5–10 years in sales or marketing, preferably in energy or power systems
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Sound understanding of the U.S. utility landscape, including regulatory frameworks and market dynamics
Proficiency with Salesforce and Power BI for planning and tracking
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience delivering technical presentations to diverse audiences
Ability to travel up to ~60%
