So, what’s the role all about? Our Sales Team is growing with the hire of an Account Executive who will work strategically to win new business within the DACH market. You will exceed revenue quotas by generating new logo sales across our portfolio of Financial Crime products, understanding customers’ needs for our solutions and articulating innovative ways to solve their business challenges.
How will you make an impact?
Regularly close deals and build pipeline within or exceeding goals.
Assist and support sales partners by participating in sales calls and closing efforts.
Maintain product knowledge by attending continuous sales training.
Attend industry events.
Build and maintain relationships with potential and current customers and sales partners.
Maintain a keen familiarity with Financial Crime (Fraud, AML & Compliance) competitors.
Be a trusted advisor to our customers by understanding their processes, requirements, and challenges.
Have you got what it takes?
You’re consultative by nature and can identify customer problems while skillfully positioning your digital arsenal to solve them.
You have a proven track record of success as an Account Executive selling software and winning new business.
You’re a hunter – comfortable managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close using a consultative sales approach.
You possess a multi‑faceted background relevant to this role, including deep understanding of the Financial Crime market, ideally acquired in similar positions at enterprise software companies or SI organizations.
You’re motivated to exceed your quota and chase the rewards for successful Salespeople at NiCE.
