Job Description Driven Brand’s Auto Glass Now group is looking for a Driven Sales Account Manager who wants to make a difference. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and supporting our Auto Glass Now segment, this role is responsible for developing and maintaining lasting connections with key decision‑makers at select customer accounts, ensuring their satisfaction through exceptional service and valuable insights to drive business growth.
What You'll Drive
Serve accounts and visit clients in a defined market area
Identify, develop, and typically close new sales opportunities
Create demand for the organization’s products and services by raising its profile with customers
Achieve revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account
Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization’s product/service strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred)
2+ years of B2B sales experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
Ability to prioritize time and resources to achieve metrics and complete tasks
Multi‑task, prioritize, organize and coordinate projects to meet simultaneous deadlines
Nice to Have
1+ years of auto glass or collision experience
Experience working with insurance carriers

Compensation Range $56,100.00 - $100,100.00 (Annual)
