Job Description
We are seeking an Off Premise Beer Sales Representative for our Atlanta, GA territory. The role focuses on ensuring the success of product sales, volume, rate of sale growth, and brand presence within a dedicated territory. Key Responsibilities
Regular travel within a 200‑mile radius to call on multiple distributor territories Extended travel (up to 75% of time) supporting distributor crew drives Take a data‑driven approach to identify new distribution opportunities and upsell Maintain a regular weekly schedule of account appointments, sales calls, and distributor work‑withs Develop creative solutions to meet account‑specific needs identified during sales calls Collaborate closely with local distributor managers to meet goals and inventory objectives Maintain store shelf standards and inventory, rotating products, checking date codes, and processing restocks and reorders per planogram standards Promote premium brands through events, sampling, and education Maintain open communication with field and HQ Manage budget and maintain records for monthly reconciliation Ensure compliance with all alcoholic beverage regulations The Physical Demands of This Role Require the Following
Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, climbing, kneeling, and stooping, including arranging and displaying point of sale materials Frequent lifting and moving of cases of product and other objects weighing 50 pounds or more Qualifications
Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred 21 years or older 1–3 years demonstrated sales experience, preferably with beer, wine, and spirits Previous retail or off‑premise work experience a plus Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Must live in the assigned territory with reliable transportation; a large vehicle preferred Valid driver’s license, registered and insured vehicle with clean driving record/background check Ability to lift and move cases frequently and to climb, kneel, and stoop for point of sale displays Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed Administrative task management with attention to compliance guidelines Compensation and Benefits
