Pay Range

Base: $96,000 – $126,000 per year.

Responsibilities Your objective is to master our sales process within a remarkable six-month timeframe, an achievement typically requiring up to a year. You are more than just a sales professional; you are a trailblazer prepared to challenge conventions and redefine benchmarks in the supplemental insurance industry. As you cultivate and expand your market presence, your role will transition to that of a mentor, imparting strategies for success to new team members.

Additional Qualifications

Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain – study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursed).

Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience.
