We are looking for a talent ready to drive revenue from consultative industrial sales and expand our presence in
Little Rock, AR .
Responsibilities Reporting directly to the District Sales Manager, you will build a territory, grow earnings by developing repeat business relationships in existing accounts, and open new business. Use hand‑held technology to manage customer inventory and sell new products.
Maintain and prospect customer relationships.
Prepare quotations, follow up, negotiate terms, and close transactions.
Conduct product demonstration sessions and survey market and competitive conditions.
Complete reports on itineraries, expenses, sales calls, leads, and related data.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands‑on product demonstrations and mechanical aptitude.
Self‑starter and self‑motivated.
Relationship‑building skills with customers and prospects.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Position Requirements
Minimum 1 year B2B sales experience in route sales, territory management, and new business development.
Industrial/MRO experience is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
Basic Word, Excel, and computer skills (SAP a plus).
High school diploma or equivalency.
This position is on‑site and not eligible for relocation benefits.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
