Guide guests through the introduction of the brand and vehicle, highlighting features and benefits that match lifestyle and individual needs
Provide information necessary for guests to buy with confidence
Present financial and other information upfront and transparently
Deliver an exciting and engaging experience for guests
Qualifications
Superior communication and customer service skills, especially via email and telephone
Minimum of two (2) years sales experience in the automobile industry or equivalent (preferred)
Excellent follow‑through skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work in a team‑driven atmosphere
Valid California Occupational Sales and Driver’s License with an acceptable and safe driving record
Physical Demands
Frequently bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body, arms, and/or legs; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear
Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including low and high temperatures, precipitation, wind, noisy environments, and small/enclosed spaces
Adjust, move, and lift objects up to 50 pounds
Move self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments, including tight and confined spaces
Remain in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods
Operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment
Ascend or descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and poles
