About the Role Banjo’s is currently looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Manager to join the Campbell Town team! You will lead the Sales Team and be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supervising employees and managing the daily operations of the bakery.
We’re open 7 days a week, offering a variety of shifts between 4:30 am and 8 pm, including weekends and public holidays. This gives you the opportunity to gain diverse experience and enjoy a flexible work‑life balance.

Fast and friendly service

Managing the daily operations of the store
Supervising the Sales Team

Opening and closing of the store
Merchandising products
Follow Banjo’s established WHS practices to ensure you and your team are always safe at work
What We’re Looking For
Confidence, with a positive attitude
Experience in providing customer service
Reliability, with good organisation and communication skills
Experience managing and supporting a team
A team player, who loves a challenge
