Spieldenner Financial Group is part of the fastest-growing insurance organization in the country. We focus on paying agents quickly, keeping costs low, and providing training and support to achieve success.
Job Duties
Setting Appointments – 6–8 hours per week: reach out to potential clients that have previously requested coverage and schedule a time to discuss mortgage protection coverage.
Research – 4–5 hours per week: dig into the information the client provided to customize options to meet financial needs in the event of death or disability.
Meeting with Families – 2 days per week: meet with clients virtually or in‑person to present options, discuss coverage details, and help apply for protection.
Administrative – 2 hours per week: follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.
Qualifications We are looking for coachable, challenge‑seeking, self‑disciplined individuals with a growth mindset. Skill set isn’t everything for this position.
What We Do
We serve people: every week, we sit with our clients (in person or virtually) and take a deep dive into their financial situation.
We protect our clients: we partner with top‑rated insurance companies to customize a plan that provides a personalized solution to protect their largest asset: the ability to make an income.
We grow: we are a personal development company that just happens to sell insurance. We strive to make a generational impact in the lives of our clients, our agents, and our community.
What Sets Us Apart We maintain a people‑first mentality that starts and ends with our agents. Our unparalleled benefits and connections within the insurance industry ensure that our agents have the resources they need to excel inside and outside of work.

Compensation and Benefits Commissions as a New Agent: This position is a commission‑only based sales position. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family you protect. Our expectation is that a full‑time agent will sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week. In addition to mortgage protection, we also have a selection of premium financial products to help people save for retirement or protect their current retirement accounts (e.g., 401(k)’s and IRA’s) from losing money in the stock market. We provide extensive training on how these products work and how to sell them. In addition to uncapped commission, we have a competitive bonus structure program along with incentive trips agents/managers can qualify for based on their individual and team results.
No agent’s success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected. Not all agents achieve the same or similar results, and no particular results are guaranteed. Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.
Seniority level: Entry level
Employment type: Full‑time
Job function: Finance and Sales
