As one of the few independent plumbing supply organizations in the upstate, they’re looking to add an Inside Sales Representative to their team in Pineville, North Carolina.

What You’ll Do:

Build relationships with new and existing customers

Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries

Identify customer needs and recommend the right ProSource solutions

Manage a sales pipeline and hit/exceed monthly activity goals

Collaborate closely with the sales and account management teams

Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through close

Requirements:

5+ years of Customer Service or Inside Sales Experience in Plumbing

Hybrid between inbound customer service / outbound calling to current clients

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

A self‑starter with a competitive mindset

$60K base salary + uncapped commission
