Sales Account Executive
Pay Details
Base pay: $70,000–$85,000 per year.
Additional compensation: Annual bonus and commission.

Job Overview As a Sales Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth by identifying, engaging, and closing deals with small to medium‑size businesses locally. You will leverage your expertise to prospect new clients, build strong relationships, and deliver customized solutions such as managed IT services, print, video conferencing, security systems, and unified communications.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation : Actively pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, market research, and using our world‑class CRM tools.
Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technology needs and proposing tailored solutions.
Sales Cycle Management : Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Collaboration : Partner with technical teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.
Market Growth : Expand our presence within your local territory by gaining new market share and delivering world‑class customer service.
Continuous Learning : Stay updated on industry trends and our product offerings to provide expert recommendations.
Qualifications
Experience : 2+ years of B2B sales, preferably in Technology, IT Services, or office equipment sales; entry‑level candidates are encouraged.
Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting.
Mindset : Self‑motivated, client‑focused, with a hunter mentality and passion for closing deals.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred but not required with equivalent experience.
Travel : Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
