Lead Generator Earn on average $20-30/hour as a Lead Generator with Collins Comfort Masters. Flexible part-time hours (15-30 hours per week). Currently hiring for weekend coverage – must be available for 8‑hour shifts Saturday & Sunday. This opportunity requires on‑site work in a retail warehouse store in the Prescott Valley area.

What Will I Do?

Greet customers approaching the display to encourage them to learn about our products and services.

Engage customers in conversation and schedule an appointment for a Sales Consultant to visit the customer’s home and provide estimates.

Attend required monthly meetings and trainings.

Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically.

Do I Have What it Takes?

Reliable transportation and a smartphone.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Minimum age 18 years.

Pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.

Physical Demands / Work Environment

Standing/walking for sustained periods in an air‑conditioned building.
