Position As an ISR you will reach out to prospects by phone, spark interest, and set appointments for Outside Sales Representatives. This high‑activity, entry‑level role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, hitting daily goals, and working independently.
Key Responsibilities
Make high‑volume outbound calls to business prospects across various industries
Engage decision‑makers and generate interest in Buildingstars’ services
Schedule qualified appointments for Outside Sales Representatives
Use CRM tools (e.g., NetSuite) to track calls, contacts, and lead status
Send follow‑up emails and marketing materials as needed
Participate in weekly virtual team meetings and training sessions
Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity targets (calls, appointments, follow‑ups)
Must Haves
Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone presence
Friendly, upbeat personality with a positive, goal‑oriented mindset
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
High school diploma or GED required
Able to multitask between tools/screens while on calls
Nice to Haves
1+ year experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or call center sales
Familiarity with Gmail, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
