What to Expect
On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, where your drive and passion for helping people will shine.
You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
You’ll work a schedule between 9 am‑9 pm, including weekends; monthly seniority‑based schedules are available two weeks in advance.
This fast‑paced environment requires flexibility and openness to change so you stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to meet and exceed your goals.
Compensation Our Retail Sales Consultant earns between $16.57 – $20.45 per hour plus $13,700+ in commission if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers can earn up to $62,460 per year.
