Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 / year

We are looking for a Junior Account Executive to join our vibrant Beauty team. The ideal individual should have prior experience in the traditional and creative beauty sector, the ability to evolve as we grow, and superior account and time management skills while collaborating with multiple senior team leaders. Key Responsibilities

Proactively monitor all media, print, digital, and social channels for brand coverage and competitor activity, scanning relevant articles for distribution around the team.

Compile monthly and weekly reports for all clients accurately and in a timely manner.

Analyze outcomes and create reports summarizing results.

Identify and track emerging trends, initiatives, and vendors in the digital space and develop relevant client applications.

Understand media landscape across digital, print, and broadcast.

Facilitate the smooth running of the day‑to‑day function of each account team providing support as requested and required.

Provide day‑to‑day support on mailings, bookings, social media promotions, partnerships, blogger and influencer outreach initiatives.

Support in preparing internal/client meetings, including pulling together agendas and writing up minutes.

Manage product deliveries, placements, and press bookings in a timely manner.

Handle product and image call‑ins, and compile and manage all mass mail outs.

Manage the master media database and internal team databases, ensuring they are kept up to date and accurate.

Begin to build media relationships by attending press meetings, launch events, and any external industry‑related events.

Maintain and establish industry contacts with digital influencers and bloggers.

Develop pitches and secure press/product placement.

Support the team with key launches and events.

Compile media lists for events and press releases.

Be a brand champion for your clients and build strong relationships with them.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

1‑2 years of relevant working experience.

Beauty PR experience is preferred.

Superior knowledge of the luxury consumer industry.

Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal skills.

Team player who is hardworking and dedicated.
