Rental Management Trainee – 18‑24 month training program providing comprehensive Rental Management, Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Sales/Marketing experience. This fast‑paced role supports location and regional management through operational and administrative tasks across the business unit.

Essential Functions

Handle inbound sales calls and outbound solicitation.

Maintain accurate data in the company’s marketing database.

Generate rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads.

Manage all rental asset processes, including vehicle prevention maintenance and cleanliness standards.

Achieve overall market share goals by executing sales and marketing initiatives.

Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal, and regulatory agency requirements.

Reconcile all customer concerns, issues, and disputes to maintain relationships and grow the customer base.

Additional Responsibilities

Serve as an On‑Call Representative on a voluntary basis or as scheduled by the Supervisor.

Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

One (1) year or more of customer service with issue resolution experience preferred.

Intermediate computer literacy required.

Compensation The compensation offered to a candidate may be affected by factors such as experience, education, work location, market data, internal equity, and individual performance. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long‑term incentive plan. Pay type: Salaried.
