Target earnings:
$50,000 to $100,000+.
Primary Responsibilities
Generate sales leads by covering an assigned territory each day, going door to door and engaging prospective customers at their homes about Leaf Home products (local travel required).
Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate consumers on Leaf Home benefits and gather information for the sales team to schedule in-person product demonstrations.
Report daily results to field management and develop a collaborative relationship with other sales representatives.
Ensure high quality and accurate representation of Leaf Home products by representing the company professionally to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
Highly motivated to sell with a self‑driven desire to meet and exceed goals.
Customer focused and results oriented.
Professional demeanor and attire.
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for visa status (e.g., H1B).
Physical Demands
Work outdoors daily with exposure to elements, including inclement weather; extended walking/standing required.
Field office/manufacturing/construction environment.
Sedentary work; occasionally lift up to 10 pounds or move objects.
