Consult with America's businesses, leveraging Paychex’s key referral channels and partnerships to educate stakeholders on our services and provide consultative solutions that increase market share and drive revenue. Responsibilities
Achieve unit and revenue expectations. Create, manage, and advance accounts, leads, and opportunities in the company’s CRM system (Salesforce) and provide accurate sales activity and forecasts. Collaborate with key referral sources, including accountants, banks, and existing Paychex clients, to secure referrals to end‑user sales. Schedule and conduct meetings with channel accounts via telephone calls, targeted email campaigns, and marketing programs as directed by Sales Management. Leverage the go‑to‑market sales strategy to identify customer needs and present the Paychex solution to stakeholders and decision makers, using in‑person or virtual interactions as appropriate. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Paychex products to optimize sales results; stay current on new initiatives, services, and industry trends. Collect, complete, and submit all necessary paperwork for new sales within defined SLA guidelines. Escalate client concerns to Service Partners and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution. Travel may be required to visit channel partners, attend sales incentive trips, training, or area meetings. Uphold and demonstrate Paychex Values in all interactions. Complete onboarding training curriculum as directed. Qualifications
High school diploma (required). Bachelor’s degree (preferred). At least 2 years of experience in a relevant sales capacity. Valid driver’s license (required). Live the Paychex Values
