The Senior Digital Accounts Manager is responsible for leading a team of digital professionals to develop best‑in‑class digital marketing. This role drives digital strategy to meet objectives and project deliverables, focusing on inbound/outbound marketing, lead generation, and channel optimization to increase volume and promote brand growth through the development, management, and reporting of digital plans and partnerships. Responsibilities
Guide, mentor, and lead a team of digital associates focused on paid media, social media, SEO, and website best practices. Establish strong relationships digital partners to manage media buying, placement, monitoring, and reporting. Lead the day‑to‑day operation of all digital marketing efforts at both strategic and operational levels. Measure and report performance of digital initiatives (SEO, paid search, email marketing, etc.) against goals (ROI and KPIs) and provide strategic recommendations. Contribute to large‑scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy. Maintain end‑to‑end digital marketing capabilities and strategy aligned with the needs of each property and RPM Living. Oversee corporate and property‑level website strategy, SEO optimization, initiatives, and best practices. Set and deliver short‑ and long‑range content management direction for websites. Establish best practices around the use of data and analytics to inform marketing and campaign effectiveness and lead overall approach to use of digital marketing agencies. General oversight and management of all digital initiatives for RPM properties and corporate channels, including websites, portals, SEO, paid search, ILS, reputation management, Google web tools, and social media. Develop and manage all components of digital marketing campaigns, including ads, landing pages, copy, and other assets. Audit and manage all digital marketing campaigns created in‑house or outsourced with vendor partners. Update training materials, guidelines and other documentation related to digital marketing systems. Provide expertise as needed to RPM clients in partnership with in‑house marketing associates and operations teams. Support business development efforts through digital marketing evaluation of prospective new properties and clients. Oversee and manage Google web tools for corporate and the property portfolio. Engage with content management system to improve SEO through website back‑end settings. Communicate all findings and performance insights to the management team, marketing team, and senior leadership to inform approval of sales goals, employee development, and customer service goals. Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 2 years of digital marketing experience (preferably property management). Proven track record of success in internet advertising and social media campaigns. Ability to analyze online market conditions and respond accordingly. Google certification is a plus. Physical Requirements
May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data. Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer. May occasionally be required to lift or carry items weighing up to 15 pounds. Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment. Work Environment
Hybrid role; requires work in Austin or Phoenix office 3 days per week. Open office setting with bright lights, constant noises, and distractions. Company Information
