HCM Sales Manager

We’re seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial HCM Sales Consultant to help drive growth at Bene‑Care. If you’re a seasoned sales professional who thrives in the field, closes with confidence, and loves building a book from the ground up – we want to talk to you.

Essential Expectations And Responsibilities:

Drive outbound activity (cold calls, referrals, networking)

Conduct high‑impact, in‑person sales presentations showcasing Bene‑Care’s payroll and HCM solutions

Collaborate with internal experts to build tailored proposals

Grow and manage a self‑generated book of business

Leverage client referrals and local relationships for momentum

Provide ongoing client support to ensure satisfaction and long‑term value

Other work‑related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities):

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

4+ years of HCM/payroll B2B sales experience.

Outside sales experience with a strong record of closing and building a book.

Familiarity with the midmarket segment.

Self‑starter with high accountability, strong follow‑through, and the hunger to win.
