Field Sales Representative – North Houston

Salary Salary range: $31,200 + potential additional commission up to $100,000, depending on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary is dependent on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Responsibilities
Attend paid training, coaching, mentoring and ongoing learning opportunities to enable independent field work.
Connect with existing customers daily; work with scheduled appointments provided by AT&T to engage warm prospects effectively.
Close deals by offering hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions, keeping customers connected to what matters most.
Use strong negotiation and communication skills, pivot smoothly, and remain highly motivated to achieve sales success.
Maintain a valid driver’s license and be ready to drive, as the company provides a vehicle for official business use only.
Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Successfully complete a background check (drug screening, criminal history, motor vehicle record).
Qualifications
1+ years of commission sales experience required; outside sales experience highly preferred.
Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
Proficient in upselling techniques to enhance customer value and satisfaction.
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
