The E-Commerce Sales Manager will own and accelerate online revenue growth. This role is responsible for scaling already successful E-Commerce accounts by driving strategic growth, enforcing MAP compliance, optimizing content and promotions, and identifying new opportunities. The ideal candidate is highly self‑motivated, data‑driven, and experienced in collaborating cross‑functionally to deliver sustained, profitable growth. This includes supporting key initiatives and product launches, participating in product line reviews, supporting efforts to set up new customers and new items with customers, developing tools to help sell discontinued items, while managing a group of customers to partner with them to grow sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and grow the E‑Comm business, including sales strategy, forecasting, and execution to drive revenue and profitability. Manage E‑Commerce operations, including content optimization (listings, A+ content, brand storefronts), pricing, promotions, and advertising strategy. Manage the online sales funnel from acquisition to conversion. Optimize product pages, pricing, and digital merchandising. Forecast demand, manage inventory levels for online channels. Stay updated on e‑commerce tech and trends. Manage online sales budgets and resource allocations. Coordinate with Sales Leadership, Product Managers/Champions, and Marketing on a quarterly basis. Coordinate with Sales team, Product Managers and Marketing any packaging, materials, promotions, or products as needed. OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Must be PC literate (MS Office) and have strong data entry, advanced organizational and interpersonal skills: both written and verbal. Must understand complex product lines to create effect digital displays and content. Crucial link between online demand and factory/warehouse output. High level of proficiency with spreadsheets to create and document sales tools, as well as be involved in developing/auditing Sell Sheets, Brochures, Catalogs and Web Placements. Extremely strong computer skills - Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Enterprise or similar type data systems experience helpful. Must possess strong attention to details and process. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; preferably in business, marketing, or administration. 6+ years’ experience preferably with knowledge of product sales within the retail channel. Proven experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing, or online sales. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced cross functional environment.
