Position Overview:
This role involves selling Implementation & Support Services for Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Applications in net new accounts.
Responsibilities
Review and provide recommendations for Oracle GTM.
Build & maintain relationships with Oracle sales and other teams.
Establish engine for Oracle to provide leads.
Lead marketing efforts (with support from the marketing team) to generate qualified leads.
Oversee the entire sales cycle, successfully guiding it through to contract signature.
Collaborate with various teams, including Presales, Bid Management, Marketing, Delivery, and Service Lines.
Develop familiarity with our CRM systems and utilize them for contact management, sales opportunity tracking, sales forecasting, and report generation.
Qualifications & Skills
10+ years of experience in Oracle application sales from Partner eco-system.
Preference is to have high-tech or professional services selling experience.
Strong understanding of the Oracle ecosystem, including Sales, Alliance, SE, Product Development, etc.
Understanding of Oracle Cloud applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Ability to address customer objections and qualify opportunities effectively.
Willingness to travel for customer and internal meetings nationally.
Effective presentation and listening skills.
Excellent written and electronic communication abilities.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work collaboratively with all departments on sales-related issues.
Demonstrates high ethical standards.
Self-starter with a positive and optimistic attitude.
