Our Account Managers serve as liaisons between our clients and the organization, focusing on partnership success and profitability while ensuring an excellent experience for clients and customers. They deliver on core objectives, support the Sales team with tools and resources, and manage relationships with existing and prospective partners.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Relationship Management.
Project Management experience.
Primary Job Functions
Serve as primary account liaison, providing day‑to‑day service for existing and prospective partners, managing communication and ongoing relationships, and responding promptly to client needs.
Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ market position, product/service, points of difference, and competitive landscape.
Manage client input and feedback for all projects with detailed direction and timelines.
Build strong relationships with business leaders at all levels to achieve long‑term partnerships.
Coordinate internal communication between Sales, Underwriting, Marketing, Finance, Reinsurance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
Manage implementation/onboarding and partner agreement processes, coordinating tasks for program development, onboarding, and execution.
Maintain CRM system, stage progression, and reporting.
Maintain knowledge of contractual obligations, including financials, performance expectations, terms, reporting, licensing, insurance, and compliance.
Evaluate partner sales and production performance; identify opportunities for program or process improvement.
Provide recommendations to management and partners, developing strategic plans to increase partner revenue through marketing, training, pricing, or new product offerings.
Review sales support metrics, analytics, and dashboards to report on program performance and productivity across regions, stores, dealers, and sales associates.
Follow up with accounts and share updates, resources, and account activity.
Attend client visits, trade shows, and industry events to build networking and relationship‑building opportunities.
Perform any additional duties or projects as assigned.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe.
Experience handling sensitive information.
Proficiency with CRM applications; understanding of CRM purpose in sales (e.g., HubSpot).
Experience with Project Management platforms such as Monday.com or similar.
