Description The PACE Resident Services Assistant (RSA) provides support, assistance, and care to participants. This position reports to the service area Operations Supervisor, in unison and under the instruction of the site Resident Services Coordinator. The Resident Services team creates and maintains an emotional, physical, and social environment consistently able to meet participant needs.

Required Qualifications

Upon hire: First Aid Certification

Upon hire: CPR Certification

Preferred Qualifications

1 year recent caregiver experience working with frail or elderly population.
