Drive business growth and market expansion for Clariant's catalysts used in ethylene processes across defined countries in the Middle East & Africa by combining commercial excellence with technical expertise. Develop strategic customer relationships, achieve revenue targets, and deliver comprehensive catalyst solutions to the petrochemical industry while contributing to digital transformation initiatives.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (Master's preferred)
3-7 years in sales management within the chemical or petrochemical industry
Proven track record in customer relationship management and deal negotiation
Technical & Skills
Strong understanding of catalysts, ethylene processes, and reactor operations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM software
Strategic thinking with strong business acumen
Language & Other
Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel frequently across the region
Digital-focused mindset and adaptability
