Position Summary:
The Server Assistant assists the server in serving guests in a fast‑paced environment, requiring good communication, lifting capacity, and customer service.
Wage Information:
$18.00 per hour, part‑time.

A true desire to satisfy guests in a fast‑paced environment
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Experience and thorough understanding of guest services
Previous experience in a luxury resort preferred
Must possess a professional presentation
Outstanding guest service skills and sophisticated communication
Highly responsible and reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight; ability to stand for long periods
