Associate Account Director (AAD) Base pay range: $115,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Drive retention and operational excellence for high‑value accounts.

Own the full renewal cycle for a portfolio of smaller‑size contracts, ensuring zero churn.

Provide contract and administrative support, handling amendments, bookings, and modifications.

Serve as the primary point of contact for routine customer inquiries related to billing and basic contract questions.

Collaborate with senior Account Directors on strategic tasks, including renewal forecasts, account mapping, and data gathering for presentations.

Prospect into new contacts within assigned accounts to uncover expansion opportunities.

Monitor customer health metrics, flagging potential risks around renewals or usage.

Master CRM (Salesforce) and pricing tools for pipeline management, forecasting, and compliance with sales processes.

Qualifications

1–4 years of professional experience in account support, inside sales, sales development, or account management within a B2B SaaS environment.

Foundational sales and execution skills with strong written and verbal communication.

Highly organized, process‑driven, and detail‑orientated, capable of managing multiple priorities.

Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Motivated self‑starter who thrives in a team‑centric environment and eager to learn enterprise sales cycles.

Experience handling contract management and operational inquiries.
