Coke Florida is looking for a Field Sales Representative based out of our Jacksonville location.
What You Will Do: As a Field Sales Representative (FSR), you will be responsible for business development, customer service and maintaining customer relationships. The FSR increases business by selling additional brands and packages within their sales territory’s existing customer base, primarily 7‑11 stores.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Make sales and assist orders from customers.
Perform primary duties in the field, visiting customer accounts away from the company facility.
Build and maintain profitable customer relationships.
Execute and close all sales calls.
Sell incremental displays and equipment placements; sell in promotional programs and ensure dealer compliance.
Provide service to accounts on every visit, including light merchandising, Cold Vaults, Beverage Sections, and Cold Drink Equipment.
Review business results with customers.
Ensure company assets meet performance requirements and develop a plan of action for low‑volume assets.
Ensure outlets comply with Coke Florida standards.
Communicate account activities to appropriate parties.
Conduct merchandising and rotation inspections.
Lead, schedule and occasionally execute resets to expand portfolio.
Resolve customer inquiries, including researching and closing service tickets.
Transport, replace, and maintain point‑of‑sale advertising as appropriate for the account.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Work overtime as assigned.
Comply with all company policies, procedures and applicable laws.
Identify and report unsafe working conditions.
Comply with dress code or appearance/grooming standards.
Work shifts and schedules as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED (required).
Minimum 18 years of age.
At least 1 year of general work experience.
Ability to use and understand mobile applications.
Availability to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Valid driver’s license and current vehicle liability insurance.
Driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years.
Personal vehicle available for use during working hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or 3–4 year college degree (preferred).
At least 1 year of prior sales experience.
Food/beverage industry experience.
Ability to create and conduct sales presentations.
Strong attention to detail and follow‑up skills.
Excellent planning and organization skills.
Proficient in computer applications.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to repetitively lift, carry or position objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Ability to repeatedly push and pull objects up to 50 pounds while kneeling, squatting or reaching in various positions.
Ability to push and pull manual transport equipment (e.g., pallet jack, handtruck) with product loads up to 100 yards without assistance.
Ability to grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand‑eye coordination.
Ability to perform physical work over sustained periods.
Ability to read information in small, medium and large print.
Ability to stand a minimum of 6 hours during the workday.
Ability to walk a minimum of 4 miles during the workday.
Frequent work in hot/humid outdoor environments.
