Harvey Vogel Manufacturing Company, a leader in precision metal stampings and fabrication for over 75 years, is seeking a motivated Direct Sales Professional to expand and support our customer base across the Southeast region - Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi.
About the Role We're looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven sales professional who understands job shop manufacturing sales and can identify, develop, and close new business opportunities. This position will work closely with our engineering, technical, and customer service teams to deliver best-in-class support to both new and existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Grow sales within the assigned territory by identifying and developing new customer opportunities
Manage existing accounts with a focus on retention and expansion
Conduct on-site customer visits, presentations, and technical discussions
Interpret engineering prints (sheet metal) and understand customer requirementsCollaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to provide tailored solutions
Track activity, pipeline, and forecasting accurately
Qualifications
3+ years of outside B2B sales experience required
Previous experience in metal fabrication or metal stamping preferred
Ability to read and interpret engineering prints (sheet metal)
Proven track record of developing new business and meeting sales goals
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage a multi-state territory with regular travel
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
