The opportunities are endless.RP Marzilli has been installing and maintaining New England’s finest residential landscapes since 1985.We are currently seeking landscape professionals who have a passion for managing the landscape maintenance within a portfolio of large, high end residential estates. This position is based out of our Medway, MA office**Responsibilities:*** Ability to maintain strong relationships with highly satisfied clients to ensure longevity of client base.* Generate ideas, estimate, propose and sell value added enhancement projects to better improve the function and aesthetics of your clients’ properties* Work closely with Operations to coordinate a diverse mix of maintenance and enhancement work within your portfolio* Procure materials and supplies for your crews and clients as necessary* Responsible for financial management of portfolio including timely and accurate billings and collections* Complete, process and approve paperwork with high accuracy for crew time sheets, materials receipts, and subcontractor invoices* Quality control for all work in your assigned portfolio* Ensure smooth transition from construction to maintenance**General Requirements:*** Minimum of 3 years experience with estate gardening and client interaction* Exceptional level of detail with a willingness to learn and blend with a division high on culture and team work* Customer service oriented and drive to maintain a portfolio of highly satisfied customers* Exceptionally high standard for safety* Strong written and oral communication* High level of professionalism and the ability to represent the RP Marzilli brand within the company and in the public eye* Computer proficient with experience in the Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn and utilize other programs as necessary* Preferred degree in Plant Science, Horticulture, Arboriculture, Soil Science, Landscape Contracting, Landscape Architecture, Forestry, Turf, Biology, Plant Pathology, Plant Physiology or equivalent field experience**The Perks*** 401(k) plan with company match* Medical insurance* Dental insurance* Vision insurance* FSA/HSA* PerkSpot* Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance* Paid time Off* Tuition Reimbursement (after one year of service)**Pay Transparency**Mariani Enterprises LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity among all employees and provides employees with an environment where pay transparency and dialogue on compensation are allowed.
