Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager with a male-focused client base to join our Sherman location. If you have a passion for making the most of yourself and improving a great Sport Clips location, let's talk about your future.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of salon operations, including scheduling, floor coverage, and inventory management.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns.
Maintain TDLR requirements.
Coach your Stylist Team Members to improve and maximize their skills and professionalism.
Perform cash management responsibilities – daily sales/deposit accuracy, regular cash bank deposits, discount management and tracking.
Understand Salon Ultimate to track salon’s performance – daily/weekly/quarterly/annual sales.
Complete monthly product/retail inventory.
Attend and participate in performance meetings – bi-weekly and monthly.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of retail sales strategies and techniques.
Proficient in various hair styling techniques, including barbering.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Exceptional organizational skills.
