Responsibilities
Produce a consistent product that meets and exceeds guests’ needs in a timely manner.
Menu development and design.
Monitor food production, quality, and consistency.
Maintain staffing levels and assist in departmental trainings.
Possess in‑depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations, including culinary education, cost control, communication, computer, organizational, and guest contact experience, as well as culinary teaching skills.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of work experience as a specialized sushi chef in a hotel or large restaurant.
Experience with luxury brands preferred.
