The Role: Inside Sales / Appointment Setter Your mission is simple:
connect with homeowners who already asked for information
and help them take the next step.

No cold calling — EVER. You’ll contact customers who have already expressed interest in our renovations.
What you’ll do:
Call and text homeowners who requested more information
Answer questions and build excitement about their project
Schedule in-home appointments
for our Design Consultants to provide custom quotes
Log notes and customer details in our CRM
Send confirmation texts and emails to lock in appointments
What We’re Looking For
Customer service experience (sales background is a plus)
Strong work ethic + team-player mindset
Positive, can-do attitude
Excellent phone and communication skills
Punctual, fast-moving, and detail-oriented
Comfortable on a computer (Google Workspace + Microsoft Suite is a bonus)
Able to adapt to different personality types
Must pass background check + drug screen
This is an on-site position at our Clearwater office (not remote).
