Job Description Associate Account Manager – entry‑level role for recent graduates who want to build a career in sales and account management. The position offers extensive on‑the‑job training and will serve as the first step toward becoming a full Account Manager.
What you’ll be responsible for
Completing hands‑on training in the yard, gaining experience in material flow, safety protocols, and metal recycling logistics.
Assisting account managers with client relationships, pricing strategies, and account performance analysis.
Learning negotiation techniques and market dynamics to prepare for managing your own client portfolio.
Collaborating with operations teams to ensure service excellence and deliver effective solutions.
Transiting to a full Account Manager after successful training, managing clients, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth.
Supporting reporting and data analysis to monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
Recent graduate in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Willingness to work in both office and yard environments during training.
Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn the business end‑to‑end.
