Location: Westlake Village, CA

Join us as a Retail Sales Travel Specialist to assist customers with travel-related services and products, including TSA Precheck, passport photos, background checks, and travel supplies. We hire immediately and provide training.

Responsibilities

Provide travel government or TSA-related consumer sales for identity-related products and services

Engage customers with comprehensive travel solutions, including product sales (e.g., luggage)

Greet all customers and provide a professional and welcoming experience

Engage customers and present products & solutions that drive sales with customer needs in mind

Verify customer identity, scan required documents into the database system, and take passport photos

Complete customer fingerprint images, biometric & data capture processes, and paperwork

Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues with fingerprinting and retail equipment

Support other areas of the store during the 8‑10 week onboarding period

Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned or needed in the store

Essential Skills & Experience

18 years of age or older and must be a U.S. citizen

Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs; this role usually has a more consistent schedule

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to operate a keyboard, photocopier, and other office equipment

1+ years customer service‑related experience

Ability to work cooperatively in a high‑paced and sometimes stressful environment

Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational, and cooperative manner

Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information

Ability to lift/move materials in the 10‑50 pound range, climb ladders, stand, and walk continuously
