Sales Manager (SM)

As a Sales Manager (SM), you’ll guide a team to excellence and make an impact.
The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing daily sales operations and ensuring the team meets its targets in a renovations-based environment. This role includes team management, implementing sales strategies, optimizing processes, monitoring performance metrics, and field work including D2D sales training and climbing roofs.
Key Duties
Manage and coach the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture
Implement sales strategies to align with company goals and drive revenue growth
Set individual sales targets and quotas for each Sales Representative, ensuring alignment with department goals
Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with Sales Representatives
Provide ongoing training and development for Sales Representatives
Encourage professional growth
Utilize analytics tools to track sales trends and generate reports
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and develop new business connections
Develop strategic partnerships with other construction and renovation-related businesses, suppliers, and industry professionals
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement
Educational Background
A bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, or a related field is preferred
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Experience
5+ years of experience in sales
2+ years in a leadership or management role
Proven experience within a Sales leadership role within the construction or renovation industry
Experience with B2C D2D selling

Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr. 65,000 base salary with uncapped commission potential.
