Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers across engineering, operations, and management.
Develop strategic, value‑based solutions for end‑user customers.
Prospect, present, and close deals using advanced sales tools and CRM systems.

Travel extensively across the Central U.S. territory (up to 70%).

Base salary $90,000–$100,000 + commission potential $80,000–$120,000.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in capital equipment and/or packaging sales.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand packaging automation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Engineering, or Business preferred.
Ability to work remotely and travel extensively.
