Job Summary Responsible for assisting and consulting with customers on our products and services by utilizing knowledge, skills, and technology to achieve a world‑class sales and service experience. Works with moderate supervision. Is accountable for individual results and impact on team.

Core Responsibilities

Passionately represent products and services by sharing and demonstrating product and sales know‑how with customers. Provide product demonstrations to educate customers on full product capabilities.

Takes a customer‑first approach with all interactions. Listen and evaluate customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Achieve sales and customer‑experience goals and objectives.

Provide comprehensive customer onboarding activities and ensure customers fully understand how to use and manage all company products/services, and gain their consent.

Perform operational and administrative tasks.

Partner with customer care to resolve issues, as appropriate.

Consistently demonstrate sales excellence and professionalism with integrity and a warm, friendly demeanor toward customers and teammates.

Comply with all company and retail operational policies and procedures.

Complete training requirements and actively engage in team huddles and learning.

Know and understand the sales compensation plan and its key elements.

Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedules, and overtime as needed; may be asked to work in alternate stores outside of home base store. Attend regularly and punctually.

Carry and lift up to 25‑pound boxes, stand and move about the store constantly.
