Territory:
Northern Chicago, Madison, Milwaukee (Remote within region; occasional visits to Burlington, WI)
We’re seeking a results‑driven Sales Representative to lead the charge in revitalizing our presence and positioning us as a dominant player in the precast concrete market. This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected industry leader and drive growth in a territory with significant untapped potential.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with
general contractors
and key decision‑makers.
Sell at the
C‑suite level , positioning the company as a strategic partner.
Drive new business opportunities and re‑capture historical market share.
Collaborate with project and product managers to support facility growth.
Represent the company with a
consultative, relationship‑first approach .
What We’re Looking For
Proven
relationship‑driven sales experience
with a hunter mentality.
Ability to sell at executive levels and navigate complex deals.
Familiarity with construction industry; precast or cast‑in‑place experience preferred.
Self‑starter who thrives in a remote environment.
Organized, proactive, and highly motivated.
