As an
Account Development Manager , you will grow new sales through assigned Pittsburgh Paints Company stores, growing both existing business year‑over‑year and developing new accounts within the commercial segment. You will report to the Regional Manager and work in the field based in the

Key Responsibilities
Ensure outstanding customer service is provided to existing customer accounts by keeping up to date with current promotions, new products, and with current customer service practices to find opportunities for growth.
Develop account planning strategies, sales opportunities, accounts with growth potential, and understand existing business and the segments they serve.
Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to run accounts, maintain call logs and contact info, run reports, etc.
Collaborate with store managers and employees to ensure customers' needs are met or exceeded.
Facilitate accurate customer quotes to achieve margin targets in alignment with pricing strategies.
Qualifications
High school diploma required with 3+ years of previous sales experience with stellar customer service acuity; higher‑level education degree in a business‑related field preferred.
1 year of previous coatings experience required.
CRM software experience preferred.
Daily travel within your assigned territory; must possess a valid driver’s license.
PPC participates in a Fixed and Variable Rate (FAVR) program. With FAVR, you drive your own car and receive tax‑free reimbursements that cover both fixed costs (like insurance) and variable costs (like gas), giving you more choice and equity in your vehicle.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment‑based visa sponsorship (now or in the future). This includes H‑1B, L‑1, TN, O‑1, E‑3, H‑1B1, F‑1, J‑1, OPT, CPT or any other employment‑based visas.
