What You’ll Do
Build and nurture strong connections with current Trade Pro Members and their clients, making ProSource their go‑to for flooring and cabinets.
Proactively reach out to trade professionals who aren’t yet with ProSource, showing them how partnering can elevate their business.
Ask insightful questions to grasp members’ and prospects’ business goals and current projects, offering tailored solutions.
Consistently provide an outstanding customer experience for trade pros and their clients.
Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, product innovations, and home remodeling news through extensive training resources.
Maintain and update our CRM with accurate information about members and prospects.
Meet and exceed your targets, showing urgency and motivation.
Collaborate effectively with the showroom team to enhance overall performance.
Approach your role with a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
You Could Be a Perfect Fit If You Have:
High School Diploma or GED.
Exceptional customer service skills and presentations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Relevant experience in wholesale sales, flooring, or kitchen & bath is a plus.
Tech‑savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a good grasp of technology, mobile devices, apps, and online searches.
