is hiring for a

Sales Development Representative

in our

Houston, TX

location! This role offers

$70K-80K

base compensation, plus a lucrative commission and bonus plan.

The ideal candidate is a people magnet who thrives on building relationships. You will be on the front line representing CentiMark at customer events, trade conferences, and community events, generating new business opportunities for our Sales Team.

Candidate Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience – Required

Experience in roofing or construction preferred

Travel (including overnight) as needed

Ability to ascend ladders and perform work at elevated positions

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field – highly preferred

Good relationship building skills

Excellent follow‑up skills

Must be well organized with solid time management skills

Strong communication and writing skills

Current & valid driver’s license

Job Summary

Research and call on targeted potential clients

Market CentiMark’s features, benefits, and success stories through LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (Twitter)

Call to set appointments for introduction meetings

Organize customer and business development events for each office in the South Central Region

Follow up on old and existing proposals with new and older clients

Research market dynamics and industries to help form effective business development programs

Join and get involved in appropriate networking organizations such as BOMA, NAIOP, IFMA, Hospital Engineering, etc. to communicate our unique service offerings

Organize and participate in select trade shows that fit our customer profile

Perform joint calls with various regional sales staff

Cross‑coordinate business development with other CentiMark sales teams as appropriate to target and develop mutual opportunities/customers

Attain monthly activity goals set by regional sales management

Learn and gain proficiency in all responsibilities associated with a Regional Sales role
