Personal Lines Sales Producer (Hire to Aspire Track)
We are looking for a licensed, in‑office sales professional who wants to rapidly build a successful long‑term career with Farmers Insurance.
This position is part of Farmers Insurance’s Hire to Aspire promotion, which provides enhanced onboarding, coaching, and growth opportunities for qualifying licensed producers. The selected candidate must already hold an active Texas Personal Lines or P&C license.

Responsibilities
This role is 100% focused on new business sales. The sole responsibility of this position is to generate, quote, and close new Personal Lines insurance policies. This role does not include service, administrative, or account management duties.
Generate new Personal Lines business (Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, etc.)
Quote, present, and close new policies only
Focus exclusively on new business production
Work assigned sales opportunities including agency re‑quotes, win‑back opportunities, existing lead inventory, ongoing quarterly re‑quote campaigns
Quote a minimum of 8–10 households per day
Achieve a minimum 25% close ratio on quoted households
Cross‑sell multiple policies per household when appropriate
Follow Farmers sales best practices and compliance guidelines
Accurately document all sales activity in the agency CRM
Participate in required training, coaching, and onboarding associated with the Hire to Aspire program
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly new business production goals
Requirements
Active Texas Personal Lines or P&C insurance license (REQUIRED)
Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish (REQUIRED)
In‑office availability, Monday–Friday (no remote option)
Sales‑driven mindset with comfort in phone‑based selling
Strong communication, follow‑up, and organization skills
Ability to meet activity and production goals consistentlyMust be eligible for appointment with Farmers Insurance
Not currently enrolled in the Farmers Protégé program
Applicants without an active Texas license will not be considered for this role.
