Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in the Nashville Metropolitan Area. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing incoming leads, identifying potential new business opportunities, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Daily responsibilities will include performing sales presentations, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing accounts. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets and performance goals will also be critical to this role.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive revenue growth
Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to foster positive client interactions
Experience in Account Management to manage and build long-term customer relationships
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Experience in the transportation or mobility industry is a plus
