Overview of the Company Fox TV Stations owns and operates 29 full-power broadcast television stations in the U.S., including stations in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas and duopolies in 11 markets. 18 stations are affiliated with the FOX Network. The stations collectively produce about 1,200 hours of local news per week and distribute sports, entertainment, and syndicated content.

Job Description

Achieve and exceed monthly revenue budgets for new business, digital, OTT and transactional business, and special projects/sports budgets.

Negotiate rates, ratings, and share of business with new and existing clients.

Create presentations, utilize sales research, use station tools (Kantar, Scarborough, etc.) and provide research information to clients to gain share.

Attend and present on at least 5 client face calls per week.

Develop and maintain direct client relationships.

Monitor client deliveries to ensure correct posting.

Prospect new business using research and information gathering techniques.

Update clients on all relevant station information, assets, and promotions.

Efficiently follow up on leads and/or call-ins.

Address preemptions with make‑good execution within 48 hours.

Adhere to traffic and production deadlines.

Work closely with accounting to establish credit, submit and collect payments on invoices in a timely fashion.

Maintain a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle for sales functions, client visits, and sales events.

Inform AE backup of current/pending business before time off.

Help maintain a positive work environment and support inclusion of all employees.

Other duties as assigned.

Ensure regular attendance.

Complete exempt time sheet accurately and on deadline.

Work varied hours, holidays, weekends, and during severe weather or as mandated by sales initiatives.

Compensation: a base salary of $65,000 to $69,525 with potential additional sales bonuses and commissions for a total package of up to $139,000.

Typical Physical Requirements of the Position Regularly stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear. Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Regularly lift or move up to 10 pounds. Vision includes close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Qualifications Broadcast and digital sales experience.

Education College degree or equivalent work experience.

Other Communication skills. Service oriented. Valid driver’s license.

Pay rate/range for this role: $65,000.00–$69,525.00 annually. Eligible for a sales incentive/commission compensation plan, benefits including medical, dental, vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for union‑represented employees will follow the collective bargaining agreement.
