About The Role The DB Client Manager II (DB CMII) is responsible for overseeing daily operational performance for assigned client(s). They manage operations teams to provide quality administrative services and collaborate with support areas such as technology and customer care. The DB CM serves as the primary contact for clients regarding daily service delivery and assists the Senior Client Manager/Client Leader in delivering top‑notch solutions.

Responsibilities

Utilize expert knowledge of DB to interpret complex client requirements.

Answer questions related to unique situations, participant inquiries, client escalations, and requirements.

Drive stable and consistent delivery from internal and external partners; use data to influence standardization and process innovation.

Manage ad‑hoc client projects such as spins, freezes, and acquisitions.

Validate, manage and communicate iCAT results with clients.

Work closely with the Oversight & Excellence team to identify opportunities for reducing demand and improving efficiency, ultimately lowering costs and improving delivery quality.

Communicate regularly with day‑to‑day client contacts on delivery and projects.

Act as point of contact to groups such as Customer Care and Shared Services for client‑specific items.

Requirements

3+ years working within the Defined Benefits Administration industry.

Effective communication and influencing skills on domain and technical matters, internally and externally.

Analytical abilities and attention to detail when working with complex data.

Solutions‑oriented focus and ability to report data to stakeholders and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Advanced management and organizational skills with ability to adapt to change.

Salary Pay Range Minimum: $70,200.00 USD

Maximum: $92,500.00 USD
