Account Executive, Clinician Sales

is transforming post-acute care through the leading digital ordering platform for medical equipment and supplies. We replace the outdated, error‑prone paper and fax process, which negatively impacts over 30 million patients annually, with a system that is 10 times faster. Our platform connects a vast network of Home Medical Equipment (HME) providers, clinicians, and payors across all 50 states, ensuring millions of patients receive life‑saving products quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Activate new users on the Parachute Health platform to exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Conduct outbound sales motions (calls, emails, demos) to prospective clinicians and users at ambulatory facilities.
Handle inbound sales motions (calls, emails, demos) by responding quickly and nurturing new potential Parachute users.
Maintain and manage all opportunities via the CRM system, keeping all communication, next steps, and processes up to date and following all defined workflows to move a user (or facility) through the sales stages and, when needed, to our implementation team (eOPS).
Demonstrate the Parachute Health platform to interested prospects, acting as a subject‑matter expert in how Parachute may interact or integrate with a prospect’s EMR system and suppliers on network.
Develop and execute strategies to generate and nurture sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers and stakeholders.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations tailored to their business challenges.
Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align efforts and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Provide feedback to internal teams regarding customer needs and market trends.
Analyze sales metrics and performance data to continuously improve strategies and outcomes.
Requirements
2‑3 years of work experience in Sales, Customer Success, Business Development, or similar roles.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (preferred).
Experience with cold calling to generate SaaS client leads (Healthcare a plus).
Experience calling into ambulatory environments (preferred).

Must reside in the U.S.
